Foreigners who ever worked, studied, or lived in Changchun for more than 6 months need to provide Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate for China or other country’s work permit, student permit or permanent residence. Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate is required to be notarized, authenticated and legalized.
Foreigners who worked, studied, or lived in Harbin with work visa, student visa or family reunion visa for more than 6 months can apply for Harbin Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate.Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate is required to be notarized, authenticated and legalized.
You may need to obtain Police Certificate in Beijing, China for visa or immigration purposes. There is no online system for expats requesting Beijing Police Clearance Certificate. You may apply the Beijing Police Clearance Certificate in person or authorize a third party to request on your own.
You must provide a China Police Certificate when you appky for permanent residence, employment permit, school enrollment, international adoption, or immigration in another country.Typically, you only need to provide your passport for request of China Non-Criminal Record. Fingerprints are not required for a China Police Certificate.
