A China Police Certificate is a certificate in respect of an individual issued by the Public Security Bureau (PSB) in China. A Police Clearance is issued by the Police Officer within the District where the applicant resides, or formerly resided, in China.
The China police certificate is a record of the criminal convictions of a person recorded in the National Criminal Record. Although any PSB has the record covering entire China, but applicant can only apply from the PSB in the city or prefecture where they resided in China.
